Photoshop 2020 versions are not available now?

Why Photoshop 2020 versions are not available?
Photoshop 2021 requires SSE 4.2. My processor doesn't support this. I need Photoshop 2020. What should I do?

In Creative Cloud i see only these versions: 23.0.2, 22.2, 22.1.1, 22.1, 22.0.1, 22.0

All of them show me "Error at loading of ippCV library"

Contact Adobe Customer service see if the will give you access to Photoshop 2020 and the updates to version 21.2.12
