We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. You're referring to the parts of the home screen that are appearing behind the canvas, right? Would you mind telling us the exact version of Photoshop you're using?

 

Please ensure you have the latest version of Photoshop (22.5.1) installed on the computer. If the issue persists, you can try enabling the option to Deactivate Native Canvas from Photoshop by going to Preferences, then Technology Previews. Once done, quit & relaunch Photoshop to check if that helps.
