Photoshop 2021 is not working.

I have work that has to be finished and I can't find 2020 to reload it. At least that one worked. I pay $360 a  year to use Photoshop and it is a waste if you can't provide a usable program.

You use Creative Cloud Desktop Application to install the prior version of  Photoshop 2020  version 21.2.4
