Photoshop 2021 issues. Opening files

I used Photoshop 2021yesterday & today and it was fine. Today I'm opening existing files and trying to open a new document and the images are cut off at the top in every file I open, even when I change the view. I updated to the v22 but no luck.

Yes. I am getting the same issue. So frustrating. I'm having to just open all files in 2020 version. Below is what it looks like.

Per JJMack- try to reset your Photoshop preferences- it worked my issue
