Photoshop 2021 removed access to Topaz ReMask 5 Plug-in

I use Topaz Re-Mask 5 as cutout tool. I had it on a shortcut.

Today I downloaded Photoshop 2021 and - as usual - it wrecked my workflow.

When I tried to access ReMask 5 I couldn't. The shortcut did something else.

Why was the access removed? (I clicked "take over the old settings" but it looks like not all settings were moved over to the new version)

How can I access my plugin?

MacOS 10.15 Catalina, Photoshop 21, newest version, downloaded today

PS: I went to the plugin section in the Photoshop preferences. The plugin does not show there.
