Photoshop 2021 won't start windows 10

Question

Hi

Last week i bought the whole creative Cloud pack.

Already at the first attemp to open Photoshop, it didn't work. I've no problems with Indesign and Illustrator.

I got this message:

?ApplyBordertosubmatrix@IPP_TBB_GaussianBlur@cv@@YAXAEAVMat@2@H@Z could'nt find DLL C:|ProgramFiles|Adobe|Adobe Photoshop 2021|AdbePM.DLL

I've deleted en reinstall the Creative Cloud, I've deletend Photoshop en reinstall. bu still got this error message.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the exact version of Photoshop you are using?

Please try using this cleaner tool to uninstall the Creative Cloud Desktop Application: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Once the Creative Cloud Application is uninstalled, restart the computer and then try installing the Creative Cloud and see if that helps. Here is the link to install the Creative Cloud Desktop Application: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

If the issue persists, you may try to re-install the C++ redistributable file for 2015. Here is the link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=48145
