I'm using Windows 10 with the latest updates and when I click to open the latest version of Photoshop it will bring up the loading screen, but then instead of loading the software, the loading screen just disappears and the program doesn't open.
I've tried uninstalling everything Adobe off my laptop, and then reinstalling it - no good.
Have restarted the computer several times - no good.
It was working previously without a problem. I went on holiday for a few weeks and now it's not working.
Any ideas??

By the way, Illustrator and Lightroom open fine, with no issues - seems only limited to Photoshop

I'm not seeing any submitted crash reports from you in our system. If you haven't done so already, please submit all Crash Reports along with your email address: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html That will help us diagnose the crash.
The first thing I would try:
If you restore your preferences using this manual method does it work correctly?
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually
If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
Also, make sure your graphics drivers are up to date directly from NVIDIA or AMD.

Hi,I too am having the same exact issue. I used photoshop just last week and had no problems with it. I leave work for the weekend and now suddenly it does not seem to get past the loading screen upon my return.
I just updated it with the current update thinking that may resolve it but it does not. There is also no "crash report" window. It hangs up while searching for plug-ins - a hangup which seems a lot longer than normal. Then it loads in a bunch of "files" and stop responding and the splash screen just vanishes.

No you're right, there are no reports. Because it doesn't even come up with the option to send them. I tried the reset option for the dialogue box (in case this was turned off) but still no box comes up to send a bug report. The app just closes before it even gets past the loading screen.
I tried the preferences reset and this didn't work either.
Graphics drivers are all up to date.
