Photoshop 2022 crashes on Start Up

It is so odd.  But Photoshop 2022, at least on my computer tends to crash quite frequently on my computer when I start it up. 

Luckily I have Photoshop 2021 as a backup... but still would be nice to figure out what is going on with Photoshop 2022.

I have a PC running Windows 11.

Which I did not have this issue until I did the Windows 11 update.  So theoretically that could be the issue.  Not sure.

Are you upgraded to 23.1.1? There were some Windows crash fixes included with that release.
