Photoshop 2022 Display so small using MacBook Pro

Here is the same document opened up on my old MacBook (also looks the same on my Windows Desktop) compared to the tiny version on my new MacBook Pro 2021. This is making it very hard to edit anything as it is so small. Is there a way to get the new Display to look like the old one, not sure how to edit such a small display...Please help.
