I want to select 3D effects in Photoshop 2023 application, but they are all disabled. help me.

Your document/image needs to be in the RGB Color Mode for 3D to be available.

Image>Mode

Just be aware Adobe is in the process of removing 3D from photoshop so it may not

work right unless you use photoshop 22.2 to do 3D.
