If you checked "Don't ask again", then that would explain why you no longer get crash reports. Go Preferences > General > Reset All Warning Dialogs.

If you want Cory to look at your crash reports, you need to send them with your email address as he requested. He is watching for them.

We are still waiting for your System info.

Cory, if you can't find any of the hundreds of crash reports I've submitted over the years, why bother? The definition of insanity is to do the same thing and expect different results. It's so bad now I don't even get the crash prompts anymore. It's become part of using Photoshop, keep backing up, because if you do a few hours work, you're going to crash.

I'm not seeing any submitted crash reports from you in our system. If you haven't done so already, please submit all Crash Reports along with your email address: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html That will help us diagnose the crash. 

As @jane-e said below, seeing your sysinfo will help the team as they look into this for you.

You replied to a thread that was originally posted to Photoshop Camera. I moved your post to Photoshop Bugs where it will be seen by staff. When Photoshop is crashing a lot, it is most often something in your system that is causing it.

Can you give us your OS and exact version of Photoshop? Also, go to Help > System Info > Copy, then paste the entire contents into a reply window.
