Photoshop 2023 diffuse and anisotropic

I am using an old tutorial, called Swampy's Line Art Tutorial.

Everything goes fine until I try to find Filter>Stylize>Diffuse, then Anisotropic.  Then OK

Under diffuse, there is only diffuse glow and no Anisotropic.  Help, please!

In my edition of PS, there is Distort>Duffused glow and also no diffuse but diffuse glow under Filter>Stylize>Diffuse.  That's why I am confused.  I can't find just Diffuse.

Anisotropic is in the dialogue that opens from Filter>Stylise>Diffuse

This is v24.0.1

Note this is Filter > Stylise >Diffuse  NOT Filter Gallery >Stylise>Glow

And therein lies the problem, Dave.  Thank you so much.
