Photoshop 2023 startet nicht mehr

Beim Versuch, Photoshop 2023 zu starten, kommt die folgende Meldung "Die zurzeit gewählten Arbeitsvolumes sind voll. Ändere die Voreinstellungen für die Arbeitsvolumes." Ich kann aber keine Voreinstellungen ändern, da Photoshop nicht startet.

Programm deinstalliert und wieder neu installiert. Problem bleibt bestehen.

Da es keinen Support von Adobe gibt, muss ich das Abo künidgen, wenn keine Hilfe kommt.

We're sorry for the scratch disk issue.

Which Photoshop version do you have installed? How much storage have you allocated to scratch disks?

Would you mind sharing your workflow? You should have at least 20BG free space on the internal drive or a set scratch disk.

Hello Ranjisha,
thank you for your quick reply. I have the latest version of Photoshop. That could be where the error lies. I have only about 10 GB free memory and need to install a new SSD.
