Photoshop 2023 will not open camera raw filter

I am having issues with the camera RAW filter in Photoshop 2023. When I open a file in Photoshop and try to use the camera RAW filter it does not open the filter adjustment box. It just spins and then stops, and I have to hit "enter" before I can do anything else in Photoshop. iIve tried disabling the GPU, and re-enabling. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop twice. I am running photoshop 2023 and photoshop Beta on my laptop, which have been running successfully on this laptop for several months. Any suggestions would really help me, Thank you.

Try resetting the Camera Raw preferences:
Hold down the Command key and select Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw (macOS) or hold down the Ctrl key and select Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw (Windows).
Click Yes in the dialog that asks "Delete the Camera Raw Preferences?"

¡Hola a todxs!

I had the same problem. I've tried a lot. I have 2 monitors, 1 at 60 Hz and the other at 165 hz, I had 60 Hz as the main monitor, but when I enter the game, I change the main monitor to 165 hz and left it like that. And after going into Photoshop, I just didn't show camera raw and just didn't understand, and then I remembered that after this incident everything started, I changed the monitors back, that is, the 60 Hz monitor became the main one again, everything worked as it should. If I helped someone, I will be very glad.

You know, the FIX is actually really embarrassing for me (I had this problem).. i suppose you use (or ever used) dual monitor.. now plug other monitor and set it to "Extend" by pressing Window key+ P.. and there you go your camera RAW.. it kinda stuck to other screen the other day you used in dual monitor

Can you please explain what you did to get Camera Raw to open? At what point to you hold the Command key down and follow the instructions given? Outside the Elements Editor or once you have Elements Editor open. I am lost as i have the same probkem you did a few montgs ago. Thanks.

That got it. After deleting the preferences it works perfectly. What
happened, did the Raw get corrupt?

Thanks
