Bonjour l' option export legacy a disparu dans les préferences. Comment dans photoshop 2024 convertir un png en svg? Adobe express est très mauvais. Comment retourner à cette option ? ou faut il revenir à une ancienne version? Merci

This is a very bad idea. Resaving a PNG to SVG results in an SVG with raster content.
But SVG is a vector format and vector content is what is expected from an SVG. That is the whole purpose of the SVG format.
If you're going to make SVGs, use a vector application like Illustrator.

DFosse is correct that saving or exporting from Photoshop (raster) to SVG (vector) is a bad idea.
Adobe Illustrator is a vector application. To create SVG from vector artwork in Illustrator, you can use Save or Save As. The SVG file can be edited in Illustrator.
From Adobe Help:
Note:
With the April 2022 release of Photoshop 23.3, the Export As dialog is supported by UXP (Unified Extensibility Platform) and not Common Extensibility Platform (CEP) because UXP supports more modern features and is simpler to design.
Export As SVG support in Photoshop has always been experimental. With the August release of Photoshop 22.5, this feature has been discontinued due to low usage and limitations.
