Question

Photoshop 2024 Extensions

I have recently upgraded to a MacBook Pro M2 Pro, 16 GB memory operating on Ventura 13.0; I have also updated Photoshop 2024 and have been transferring my presets from previous system.  I am having trouble adding extensions - it is greyed out in PS 2024; why is that?  I have activated Rosetta but the 'Extensions (legacy)' portion in the drop down menu of Windows from menu is still greyed out.

Any assistance appreciated.

I am not a Mac user, but I have a feeling that extensions stopped working on Macs with the M1 processor, so I am guessing that holds true for the M2.  Try using the forum search facility as there are several threads on the issue.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thanks for moving it, but I can't find it now for some reason.

If someone responds to my question - will it still come to my email?

Kind Regards
