Photoshop 2024 Hands on Tutorials issue

I am trying to use Photshop in a classroom situation with 20 students going through the hands on tutorials. I am having issues on the same spec machines running windows 10 and the app fully updated. Some students get the up to first four getting to know Photoshop tutorials and they work. Some get the same tutorials but they glitch part way through. After doing the Flamingo part it stops you from clicking next. Some get the older tutorials such as the lady with the sun behind her head and the birds with the gramaphone. Some get tutorials will not load due to internet connection. The machines with issues change depending on the student sat on them. My IT support is perplexed and I am really frustrated. The machines are running 22h2 and easily meet the performance specifiactions.

@Peter3503374084ir how is your licensing deployed in the lab? SDL or are you having users log in?

If SDL - that would make sense that the tutorials are different/older - various people access and change the order as they are used.

Internet connection issues are something your IT needs to look at and make sure PS has firewall permissions.

One check you can do to compare computers is to go to Help menu/System info and download two different reports and compare. See if it really is 1:1 with a computer that work and one that is not.
