This has been an issue with Windows Ink for years and has been great since we did not need it with 2023 and prior since we could use that text file to overrite windows ink and disable it in wacom to use pen pressure in Photoshop.
Now since Adobe decided to not allow that text file to work and requires us to use windows ink in order to get pen pressure working......It bugs out alt click so half the time it does not recognize we are sampling a spot, even though the cursor symbol literally shows that alt is working on both tablet and keyboard, but when we push down to sample, it does not update the sample unless we do it 2 to 5 times.....and what happens when we have to do that? The same issue Adobe doesn't want to fix with activating the align options literally no one wants most the time (Mad face).
So in order to fix this I have to disable windows ink and use PS 2023.
How do we fix this for 2024 so I don't have to keep jumping back and forth to use some things 2024 has, but then use 2023 when I actually need to edit/retouch?
Or is this going continue forever and be the 20 year long issue with align to be ignored and the 4 year issue with Wacom and windows ink not working together and still not fixed?

Sorry I dont have a solutions and im looking for the same. I can't believe this is still a problem. Despite a very sizeable userbase who prefer tablet(professionals especially) , adobe still can't manage to come up with a native solutions. This year is tuning out the be full of trash products because of the scramble to sell ai products all while pros suffer with dated and undeveloped software.
