Photoshop 2024 will not open any files / program error (Mac OS X Ventura 13.6.5)

I just updated to Photoshop 25.6 and even reverted back to 25.5.1 and it will not work on my Macbook Pro, 2017 on Ventura 13.6.5

I get the following error:

I've restarted everything and uninstalled, gave full disk access, unchecked generator and nothing works. It was working fine before I updated to the Ventura 13.6.5

Just tried uninstalling again and reinstall version 25.5, this time without any plugins and still having the same issue!

I even tried with using the Adobe Cleaner tool to remove photoshop and tried to install again and still nothing!

Sad this is what support has come to. I figured it out myself by switching graphics processor off but now it's all jumbled.

@Edwin5CC8 you have a few issues going on here - Assuming this is a MacBook Pro 2017?

First, your Intel HD Graphics 630 is underpowered for current PS builds. Minimum recommended speeds are 2,000 ops/sec this clocks in at 515. Your Radeon Pro is better suited but you have to set your Mac system settings to account for this.

Go to System Settings/Battery and set your energy mode to High Power. This will prevent GPU switching to the underpowered GPU.

Second you only have 18 GB free disk space which is well below minimums. Free up at least 100 GB for Photoshop to function properly.
