Photoshop 2025 arbeitet Fehlerhaft

Hallo,

mein Photoshop bringt nach einer gewissen Zeit wenn ich es benutze Fehler. Das sind z. B. Volumenfehler-Meldung wenn ich den Verflüssiger benutzen will. Oder mein Auswahlwerkzeug wandert wie von Geisterhand getrieben ziellos über die Arbeitsfläche. Es hilft dann immer nur ein Neustart des Programms. Danach läuft es wieder eine Weile. Mein PC hat für Photoshop mehr als genügend Power. Rechenleistung, Arbeitsspeicher, Grafikkarte und SSD-Speicher sind mehr als nötig vorhanden. Hat jemand eine Lösung für mich?

Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. Please make also sure that you have installed the Studio version and not the Game Ready version of your NVidia driver.

If you have a Intel CPU with a internal GPU try to deactivate this GPU in device manager in Windows and check.

If this all doesn't help, please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

Ich weiß, wie man einen PC benutzt und wie man Updates macht 🤦‍♀️

Google fragen kann ich ebenfalls selbst. All die "tollen" Tipps, habe ich bereits gemacht und mich auch schon an den Kundensupport gewandt.

Keine Hilfe, nur schön Geld kassieren. Ich bin sauer und enttäuscht von diesem .... und überteuerten Prgramm. Ich werde wohl zu einem anderen Anbieter wechseln

If you how to use a PC then You should also know that someone trying to help needs as much detailed information about the system as possible. You don't post nothing about.

Genau das gleiche Problem habe ich auch. Alle vermeintlichen Lösungsansätze von Adobe habe ich schon ausprobiert.

Ich habe Photoshop viel Arbeitsspeicher (ich habe insgesamt 64gb) zugewiesen und auch massig Platz auf den Festplatten (SSD).

Ich starte den PC immer neu bevor ich Photoshop nutze, öffne sonst keine Programme (außer ein paar kleine, die automatisch in Hintergrund laufen, aber nichts was sonst noch viel Rechenleistung braucht). Trotzdem kommt nach kurzer Zeit der Volumenfehler beim Verflüssigen. Oder ich kann über "B" den Pinsel nicht mehr auswählen, dann springt er immer auf ein anderes Werkzeug. Auch wenn ich mit der Maustaste drauf klicke, passiert das.

Nach dem Neustart des Programms, geht es für eine gewisse Zeit wieder.

Es ist echt zum kot*en, dass das Programm nicht richtig funktioniert. Aber Geld abbuchen klappt super... Ich bin echt sauer!
