Photoshop 2025 Blending options issues

Hi all.

 

I opened Photoshop today and noticed the Inner Shadow option on the Layer style (under blending options) shows multiple of multiple instances!!!  What the heck??? Not sure what happened and not sure how to fix. But...this looks like the beginning of something not good.

 

Can I sequentially remove Adobe updates / patches?

You can have multiple instances of Inner Shadow, as well as Drop Shadow and other effects marked with a plus sign. These can coexist simultaneously. To delete or hide an effect, simply select it and click the trash icon in the lower right corner of the effects column.
