Photoshop 21.0 update flaws

Real happy with the performance update of Photoshop 21.0. But along the way I noticed some flaws:

Where is the Curvature pen tool?

Photoshop 21.0

When zooming in or out (Alt -/+) the canvas is jumping to the left or right.

It's showing up for me, try restoring the toolbar defaults go to Edit > Toolbar

About the Alt -/+ do you mean Ctrl -/+, not seeing any issue here
