New Here ,
Mar 04, 2020 Mar 04, 2020

Hello,

Since my update to PS 21.1.0, impossible to use Photomerge, always crashes...

I'm alone with that problem, or not ?

Best regards,

PS : macOS Catalina 10.15.3, PS 21.1.0, works fine before last PS update

Hi there,

We are sorry about the experience with Photoshop while using Photomerge.

Please go to the "System Preferences" of your Mac, then "Security and Privacy" and select the "Privacy tab". Once there, please select "Accessibility" from the list on the left and add Photoshop to the list by unlocking the window using the lock icon on the bottom left. Also, grant permissions to Photoshop under "Full disk access". Once done, restart the computer and check if that helps.

If you still face issues, go to the Preferences for Photoshop, then Performance and uncheck the option for "Use Graphics Processor". Then relaunch Photoshop to test the application.

You can also reset the preferences of Photoshop using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#restore_preferences

Please backup your actions, brushes, etc. before you reset the preferences. Please check: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html

Regards,

Nikunj

Hello,

Another information : it appends when I want to use Photomerge directly from Bridge.

But, if I open all files in Camera Raw, and make a panorama in ACR (via a saved .dng file), it works.

Best regards
