Adobe, this is most likely one of the most untested release you have ever done.  Nothing works and I have customers waiting on delivery.

Issues so far

Text is broken - the Latin does not disappear and typing begins in the middle

B&W Conversion allows for only one selection

Plugs work but are not applied to the image

Let's fix this as I may have to go to another application to get my customers happy.

No Adobe testing is not the best all updates are released with bugs.  Some bite the work your  do others  do not bite the work you do. All versions of Photoshop contain bugs. Some bugs in CS2 are still in PS version 21.2.  You may not  know this for they are bugs that do not bite the work you do. These bugs are still in your version of  Photoshop they just do not bite your work because of the way you work in photoshop.  You unknowingly work around the bugs, You do no tread the photoshop paths they lie in wait on.

Thanks for your deep insight.  Having worked at several very large software companies, I know the anthem of "fix one thing, break many others".  I have customers who rely on me getting the work out the door and I rely Adobe to do that.  If this a hard thing then it's maybe it's time for a change.  Adobe reads ALL feedback.

Not if you just post it here.  This is a user forum hosted by Adobe but answered by volunteer users who try and help each other out. We do not work for Adobe. TheAdobe developers do see all the bug reports on the feedback site linked by JJMack.

Okay, so let me just pick the phone and log some tickets with Adobe Support since we're hung up on whether or not they actually look at something that concerns their product.  Tired of testing their software.

If you want to use Adobe Photoshop.  You need to have several versions of Photoshop installed to fall back on. You never know what Adobe will break with the next update or next version of Photoshop. You need to get you work done and done on time. Most likely you will be better of getting you work done using some prior working version of Photoshop then using the latest update that adobe releases. Only install the latest version and latest update on a test machine.  You need to test it will work well for what you do before you can be confident it will work for what you do. Most Photoshop bugs can be worked around by  not using features bugs are in or avoiding a particular path a know bug is in . There are usually more then one way  to achieve the results you require in Photoshop. Currently I have CS3, Cs6, CC 2014, CC 2018, cc 2019 and version 21.2 installed. I do have any need that requires me to depend on Photoshop. Photoshop is just a toy a play with. 

Currently the are 422 problem Adobe has on record as problem knowledge or being working on in Photoshop,  Some were reported over 9 years ago.  Some are over 18year old they were just acknowledge by Adobe some 9 years ago. The are thousand of Bug reports  that  Adobe has made no comments  on.
