Hi there,

Uptill a few days ago when I updated my PS to 21.2.4 and now PS is unable to open any JPG image.
I can Open and edit my images in Lightroom but unable to export them to Photoshop (CMD-E), returns a "File could not be found" error.
I have clients waiting for images and I need this fixed as soon as possible.

Thanks

I've uninstalled PS and reinstalled it, still unable to open images in PS. Everything works find in LR but as soon as I export the image to PS I get the error unable to find or open {filename}.

Argh!!!!!!!!!!! This is getting nuts, I've got images to process and people waiting!!!!!!!!!!

Same here! Projects due today. I thought at first it was a corrupt file, but I dropped the same image into Apple Pages and it worked. May have to jump into another app like Pixalmater to get by today.

Yessss! This worked! I thought all my updates ran, but lo and behold, camera raw hadn't been updated. Closed PS, ran update, opened last project and imported same file and it worked! Thanks Erika!

Okay, I was able to get a work around to get my images to export into PS.
Roll back your ACR to 12.2.1
When you go to export you image you may get a warning wanting you to upgrade to ACR 13 just open the file anyway and you should be good.

Thank you! I did see this in another post, but it was an earlier version of PS. Will try later. Using Illustrator for now! 🙂
