Photoshop 21.2 bug. Screen flashes grey when editing text or moving a layer.

I've attached a screenshot. This grey square appears when clicking into a text box. 

 

I have tried resetting preferences and toggling the Legacy Compositing. Neither worked.

    Same. Frustrating, disappointing, and unbearable glitch - must downgrade.

        I have the same problem. This version is one big BUG. Downgrading right now.

          I am having the same issue... I really hope they fix this.. I wish I could be more of help but at least I found someone that is also having this issue.. I am working of a 2019 iMac OS 10.15.5
