Photoshop 21.2 crashes on launch with 7z sfx error on Windows 10

When I launch photoshop on my machine, photoshop comes up with an error.

I'm running windows 10 home on a rtx 2080fe an i79700k, and 32 gigs of ram.

This is photoshop 2020 21.2

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Please ensure you have all Windows updates installed on the computer. Also, you can try updating Photohsop to the latest version (21.2.4) to check if that helps.

 

Are you able to run the application if you try launching it as an administrator?

Nevermind, now it does. Looks like i had to redownload the installer
