Hi there,

For the last couple of year I was using PS 2018 and just today upated to the 2021 (22.1.0).

Facing this situation that I'm not sure if it's something new and I don't know how to setup correctly (able to see the whole image and work at any part of it)  or if it's an issue (graphic card ??)...

At the moment, can't see the image, just part of it.

Any suggestion??

Many thanks!

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Does Window > Workspace > Essentials or Window > Workspace > Reset … make a difference?

Thanks for the input. However no changes... Also, when opening the PS, even before opening an image, the screen is already centered:

Is View > Application Frame checked?

What have you done for »general« trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Found this solution for now. Screen Mode: Full Screen with Menus. If I comeback to Standard the problem continue... But at least I can work now! Thanks a lot for the help! 🙂

Hit Ctrl and 0 (zero) to bring image back to centre on screen.

Use your F key to toggle between the screen modes is best with the image not docked so you can move it around freely holding space bar (hand tool).

Also in the fullest screen mode jus hit the Tab key to show and hide your tool pallettes.

Also I would say go into Edit - Preferences - Tools - and checkbox "Zoom Clicked Point to Centre" (and have a look through those options... I always turn off flick panning for example what a stupid option) ... 😂

The problem persists. Cant work really 😞

Realized now that the problem is happening on Standard Screen Mode (View Mode). The one that all of us use most of the time I believe... It seems as I would have another screen on my right hand side and the rest of the screen would be there. But there is no second screen!

For example, the layers and actions panels should be showing up.

Sorted now!! The solution was changing/playing with the different Screen Resolutions, kind of reseting the current resolution. Thanks guys!

Just to make sure: Have you restored the Preferences?
