It works here from v22.2 - exporting a gltf file alongside a bin file without issue. I created a 3D extrusion, exported it and opened the gltf file in Blender to be sure it worked.

Settings - 3D - Export 3D layer - Open GL Transmission format - ASCII

Sorry I can't reproduce that here, both bin and gltf are exported. You could try resetting preferences to see if it resolves.
