Photoshop (22.4.2) will not open or Uninstall

I can not open Photoshop the popup message is abobe not available right now. 

Adobe CR Damon is stopping PS from uninstalling.

I have followd the recommended instruction thru (GO) preferances but still no luck

Sorry that Photoshop is freezing while launching on your Mac running the macOS BigSur.

Which version of Photoshop are you using and how long have you been facing this issue?

Hi Akash, thanks for the reply

I got to the 2021 Folder full of prefs and the odd folder but nothing like the presets I have loaded...not presets files at all that I can see.  Am I missing something? I also see photoshop folders with versions dating back to 2014 Photoshop CC do i delete all those?
