Photoshop 22.4 Bug: “Could not use the Move tool because of a program error”

Many times photoshop showing above error and I have to restart the Photoshop again then its work for some time and then show the same error. Its very frustrating move tool stop. Can you fixed this ASAP.

I have problems too, with the 22.4 version updated today on Windows 10.
