Photoshop 23.2.0 save to PDF function

New Here ,
Feb 22, 2022 Feb 22, 2022

The save to PDF feature is currently unavailable - I'm unsure whether this is to do with the way the document is set up but cannot save as PDF. Have tried to enable legacy Save As option, and Save A Copy also does not include PDF format.

Need help with this ASAP for a deadline.

Thanks

It looks like the Photoshop file format (.psd) is not available either, so my guess is this file is larger than 2GB. Photoshop regular files (PSD) do not support super large files, so you must instead use the Large Document Format (PSB). Maybe the Photoshop PDF file doesn't support files that are too large either? I'm not sure, as I've never had a file that big before.

So check the file size and if it's too big, do what you can do reduce it.

I'm using the latest version of Photoshop and see the Photoshop PDF file format when I try to save a file, so it's important to figure out if there's something in the file that's not compatible with the format, or if there's a bug in Photoshop. File formats do not support all features, so first we must make sure the file is capable of being saved on that format.
