Photoshop 23.3 - Gradient Overlay for text not working when exported

Dear community,

I create a text, and give gradient overlay for this text like below

Unfortunately, when export, this Gradient Overlay not work, like below :

Is it normal? or i missed something? thanks

What if you first create...
1. a merged copy of all of your layers, or
2. a flattened duplicate file?

These are not solutions but possible work arounds.

Another possible work-around would be converting the Layer with the Style to a Smart Object – no vector output then, though.
