Photoshop 23.5.0 BUGS!!!!!

I just updated to the latest version of PS 23.5.0 and Im using Win 10..fully updated and my GPU is updated.
This is what Im experiencing:
1:Selection is not exactly on the object its expanded a little . The selection has 0 modify>Grow

2:Selection is very pixelated after deselecting the 'dancing ants' selection

3:PS is very slow to respond to commands

4: prob more I havent experienced them yet

This is another buggy release from Adobe

look also the selection wont go onto the guyide line snap is on..

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

So does the issue happen in 23.4.2? Is this version of Ps working for you as expected, want to make sure we understand what issue(s) happened in what version.

I was using the latest version, its where I noticed all these errors at first. Then I rolled back to the version I have now.
