Photoshop 23+ Crashes after loading screen

Question

Soo I have this little bug/crash/error since 23+ it's online I just can't use. (I just downloaded version 23.5.1 and the error still persist)

OS: Windows 11 Pro 64-Bits (10.0, 22.000)

Describing the Problem:
->Every time that I open the PS, immediately after the menu window open, the program closes.

->Don't even load the menu pages, the documents, nothing.

->I Don't have any information besides that, it's just crashing.

If any of you have an idea, or adobe fix it I would love a solution

In the End, with the Adobe Support Help, I just downloaded version 22 to work do my work.

But Version 22 its flickering while working and just have the newest version would be nice.

Perhaps try resetting Photoshop preferences? (read this entire post before acting please)Resetting restores Photoshop's internal preferences, which are saved when Photoshop closes. Hi there,

Has this happened since a recent update of the operating system, graphics drivers, or Photoshop?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Go to the location of the preference folder mentioned below and rename it to backup.

Windows 10/11: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
Rename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop 2022 > Rename > Adobe Photoshop 2022. old)

This will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a fresh install.

If Photoshop still crashes, please open Event Viewer from Windows Search.

Go to Windows Logs > Application Logs & look for Error & Warning logs.
