Photoshop 23: Handling sliders with Wacom pen

It looks like there is again some problem with Windows Ink (or something else?).

When trying to move sliders, it has some small delay and cirle around cursor is appearing.

Another strange behavior is that whole canvas moves little bit randomly without reason.

Working with pen is not smooth and flawless at all.

Everything works smooth in Photoshop 22.

Working with Wacom Intuos Pro medium with up-to-date driver on Win 10.
