Photoshop 24.2 won’t update os Ventura M2 chip

I have a Mac book pro 2023, m2 chip Ventura, the update for photoshop 24.2 won't instal, ?

I had to uninstall everything adobe then re instal & downgrade to the earlier version, what is the problem with this ? I even done a system restore of my Mac with still no joy, but un happy really to say the least, is there a work around ? Anyone else having this problem ? Thanks
