Photoshop 24.4.1 blinking bug : cannot work nor use PS anymore.

Hi all, 

Please find out my video screen capture to figure out my issue.
I used the same computer for years and with this version 24.4.1 working Photoshop area blinks
I cannot work nor use PS anymore.

Thanks to report this to Adobe or to help me to find a solution. 
I've tried to update my K2200 Quadro Nvidia Driver : No clue.

Try going to Preferences > Technology Previews and check Deactivate Native Canvas. Then close and restart Photoshop.

Thanks a lot.
I find out the right position of this option : click on Preferences > Technology Previews. Enable Deactivate Native Canvas option on the right side and click OK
