Photoshop 24.7.1 and 25...windows 11 - can't resize or move Photoshop window to 2nd monitor

Version 25 and prior 24.7.1 and 24.7 but not 23.

Windows 11 22H2

This started with v24.7. Then update to 24.7.1, and thought ok, just update to version25. Nope.

Open app, window is centered on Main display of two. Try dragging window to 2nd display and nope...it snaps back to center of main display.

I've reset prefs. I've verified settings in Windows Displays, multiple, not to snap.

This doesn't happen with Firefox, or Illustrator or even Indesign. Only Photoshop. Why? I want to have Photoshop moved sometimes so a user working with me can see it on other screen.

same thing happens to me.  I also doublechecked preferences, etc. in both Photoshop and my windows settings.  It doesn't happen with any other CC program.  I'm on a PC, Windows10

Yeah, this has been messed up for a while... reported elsewhere in the community by multiple others, as well. Surprised this hasn't been fixed yet. My two monitors (Win 10, 64-bit, latest) have different scaling, one is at 100%, the other is at 125%. PS wants to 'stay put' on the 100% monitor. Hope that information helps Adobe recreate and fix the issue.

Thanks for the version #'s. Reverting to 24.6. I don't need the latest and greatest if I lose basic functionality as part of the deal.

There's a post by Northcott, Sept. 26, on this page that indicates a potential workaround. Haven't tried it yet.
