Hello there,

I have found a number of posts about some installation errors and also one or two about error 21 "OS doesn't meet minimum requirement". I have tried numerous things:

1. Updating Windows 11 to the latest update (24H2);

2. CC cleaner;

3. Download CV Redist. versions;

4. Re-download installer;

5. Etc.

But unfortunately nothing works. I have also checked the site with the minimum requirements and as far as I can tell my laptop (Windows Surface Pro 11,  Snapdragon X Elite, 16gb RAM) does meet the criterea.

Does anybody else have the same issues with the Surface Pro 11 or is there something i'm missing?

Thanks

Thank you for your fast reply. Up until now I have used the standalone installer. After I log in I get the error message.
