Where are plugins stored for Photoshop 24?

These folders are both empty:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Plug-ins

Do you have third-party plugins installed?

Plugins are also in the folder ...\Required\Plug-ins

Yes.  It's a third party plugin installed by Creative Cloud.

It's also not in this folder:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Required\Plug-ins

Third-party and optional plug-ins can be installed to one of two locations:

Version specific location: Will only load the installed plug-in for a specific version of Photoshop (e.g. only Photoshop 2020).
Shared Creative Cloud Location: Will load the plug-in for all installed versions of Photoshop without having to reinstall the plug-in.

These folders are both empty:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2023\Plug-ins
