Photoshop 25.1 won't load under macOS Sonoma

I recently updated PS to 25.1 under macOS Sonoma.  I didn't really trying running it after the update because I primarily use Lightroom Classic.  Today, I went to Edit In Photoshop 2024 from the Lightroom menu and PS just sat in my dock unaffected.  I left Lightroom completely and tried to run the standalone PS 25.1 (2024).  The splash screen appeared and then nothing.  No error, no nothing.  I uninstalled PS and then redownloaded it from the Creative Cloud.  Still, nothing.

I'm running an M2 Mac Studio Ultra with 64 GB Ram and have had no difficulty with PS before under Sonoma.  Since it throws no error and closes right after the Splash screen, I have no easy way to trouble shoot.  Everything I'm running has been running under Sonoma successfully since its release.

Any ideas?

Solved (not solved).  I believe I have isolated the problem.  (It is nice to have 4 machines with multiple versions of OS on them).  I have two M2 Mac Studio Ultras w/64 GB Ram.  I also have two M2 MB Airs.  As far as I can tell, this problem of Photoshop 25.1 not opening is limited to one machine.  The difference with the machine in which it is not opening is that it has Beta 2 of MacOS Sonoma 14.2.  On my other M2 Mac Studio Ultra, I have Mac OS Sonoma 14.2 Beta 1.  The two M2 MBAs have Sonoma 14.1 (the release version).  Something apparently happened in Sonoma 14.2 beta 2 that breaks PS.  I'm hoping Adobe are aware of this problem.  I expect another Beta of Sonoma sometime later this week.  Maybe that will fix.  Curiously, I was willing to break another installation of PS by updating one of the MBA's to the current beta of Sonoma 14.2, but I get a curious error from Apple each time I try.  I suspect Apple may be aware of the issue and might even have pulled the beta, though getting anyone at Apple is another problem altogether, especially since there is literally no clue as to the fact that this is even an error.  The current Adobe Beta doesn't do any better.

More followup.  The problem is not limited to 25.1.  The second beta of Apple 14.2 kills all reasonably current versions of PS.  According to Adobe support, the problem is definitely with Apple as there is an optimization bug in 14.2b2.  I've located all the logs for PS, and they are all identical regardless of which version of PS I use - I've tried 24.7, 24.7.1, 24.7.2, 25.0, 25.1, and the beta of 25.2.  Absolutely none run under 14.2b2.  Waiting for Apple to release 14.2b3 with, we hope, bug fixes, especially since things that were fixed in earlier versions have been broken in the newest version.  Ugh.
