Context: Windows 10, 22H2, PowerSpec G701 (Ryzen 7), 48GB RAM, NVidiaGeForce GTX 1070
This is the first time I am trying to use Photoshop since the update(s) to Version 25.2. I had no issues with previous versions.
I can't tell whether PS even begins to start up, as nothing ever shows up on the screen. When checking with Task Manager, Photoshop is not present.
Note that I have no such issues with LrC.

I have the same issue with a MAC M2 Air with 16 GB RAM running Photoshop 25.2 with the OS being Sonoma (14.1.1). I am wondering if there is a fatal bug. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app twice with the same result. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

In case this helps in the diagnosis, my Windows 11 laptop does not have this problem.
It has a 14-core Intel i7 CPU, 32GB of RAM and nVidia GeForce GTX 3060 laptop GPU.

Hi Steve,
Can you do me a favor and download and install the latest Photoshop Beta (25.4) that was posted today? It should contain a fix for the issue you're seeing and it would be great if you could confirm.
Thanks,
Adam

Two things:
1. When I booted up this morning, PS 25.2 started up successfully. As I had rebooted after my original post yesterday, I cannot explain what could possibly have changed since yesterday, as there were no updates from Microsoft or NVidia.
2. I don't appear to have acess to 25.4, either from the Creative Cloud desktop or from within Photoshop.
But it starts up. When I actually start using it, I'll see if there are any issues inside the app.
