Photoshop 25.5 = performance issues when selections made

Since upgrading to photoshop 25.5 I have been experiencing performance problems when selections are made. After selecting an area to mask, copy, cut etc I then can't zoom in or out without the image becoming very glitchy and stuttery. Anyone else have this problem? I've had to roll back to V23 where there are no problems. My video drivers are up to date too.

My system details are;

@TFAD1 Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

My guess is you have an integrated GPU along with your RTX 4000 that needs to be disabled.
