Hi @DigitalCoffee, thanks for reaching out!
I tried testing on my end but couldn’t reproduce the issue. When you try to save for web, do you see an error message or does Photoshop just freeze? If it freezes, does it eventually recover or do you need to force quit? Also, could you double-check that you have enough free space on the drive you’re saving to and that your scratch disks aren’t full? Here’s a link that might help:

Thanks so much!

Hi @DigitalCoffee, just checking in! Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, we would like a few more details to help you better. Could you please send your system information, a screen recording of the issue, and a numbered list of the exact steps required to replicate the issue? You can find your system info by going to Help > System Info, copying and pasting it into a text file, and attaching it here. Thanks! ^CH

I can't replicate it here, I use Windows 11 though. Have you reset Preferences as part of troubleshooting? Preferences contain much more than the user set preferences, and are saved whenever Photoshop closes. Any corruption can lead to strange issues, which sometimes only come to light after an update.
