Photoshop 3D Not working MAC Ver 23.1.1

Why are my 3D options not working?

I have all the necessary hardware and software setting

So Adobe has discontinued the 3d feature. Now that they have substance 3d, users are being pushed to use stager and painter etc.
I miss the feature too but they have stated in an entry that they will not continue to develop the old 3d code or adapt it to new Mac systems.

This is being driven by changes in macOS and Windows OS, as explained in this Help page from Adobe:

"For a short time, a Technology Preview preference can be used to emulate the last known working state for 3D features. Go to Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews and check the box “Deactivate Native Canvas”, and restart Photoshop. Note that this operating mode is increasingly unreliable in modern operating systems, and we recommend using Photoshop version 22.2 (from February 2021) if you need more stable performance with Photoshop’s 3D features. "
