I Have using photoshop 7.0 in window 7 64 bits 

but my photoshop filters noise remove moire pattern speed slow how to more faster pls tell.

    Seems reasonably fast in your video depending on the size of you image.

     

    Is that a plugin you made yourself or do you have a link to the plugin?

      There really isnt much support for Photoshop 7 anymore. That being said, you could try allocating more RAM or getting a faster processor to speed up your filter.

      You're stuck with the outdated hardware/software - if you upgrade the computer or OS you could break PS.
