Photoshop action doesnt record

So I want to record an action where I blur certain part of image, but photoshop will obly record

"select blur tool"

"save"

And it just saves the same images without changing them, how can i fix that?

Try setting Rulers to Percent (right click the ruler).

I just tested that on different sized images, and it seems to work OK.

So you want to blur the exact same position/s in multiple photos?

See if turning on Allow Tool Recording before recording your action works.

@asha36508501hf2h actions cannot record brush strokes added to an image as with the Blur Tool.
