Photoshop Action - Save-Action corrupted?

Hey 🙂

I have a problem occurring for a while now: I have Actions in Photoshop that require saving files at the end of steps. As known, you can either save in the directory you chose for when making the action (let's say to folder "April") or you can, while using the action, choose a new directory for that specific task (let's say i want to save it now into folder "June").

Problem now is, that PS won't take the new directory and either saves everything in the Aprils-folder (although Overwriting Action "Save As" is activated) OR won't save it at all. Any chance someone can help me here? 

I use PS 2024 and the Beta-Version and problems occur in both. Problems only occur on Windows (11 Pro, Version 10.0.22631).
