Photoshop always freezed after a while using

I am using Photoshop 2021 and from the day I installed, it always freezes after using from 10-15 minutes. When it freezing I can't click on anything, can't quit pts and have to force quitting by Task Manager. I reinstalled or installed another version, it still had the same issue. My pc has 8GB ram, using Windows 10. I try using only pts, not using any other programs and the issue still appear. I try a lot of solutions as I see in the Internet but nothing work.

Some solutions tried as I remember:

- Update driver + windows

- Cmd check crashing file

- Option and third party login

- Uncheck Graphics Proccesor

...

Photoshop is very important to me, please help me!!!

i am facing smae problem like you. after using 5 to 10 minutes its garenteed it will be freez i unable to quit or do something expect to go and end task from taskmanager. even i have 4gb graphics card and good processer i installed lower version of ps but still freeze after a while . adobe team please help me

    I checked. My computer meets the recommended system! And I tried all the solutions for crashing, freezing in the link below. It didn't work!!

    Can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread

      Hi mj, I just reset Photoshop preferences and it didn't work. I create new document and it freezed immediately!!
